3. Pets are only
permitted with written authorization from Karen Johnson and require an
additional fee. San

4. We will not rent to
persons under 21 years of age unless accompanied by an adult
guardian or parent. San

5. Damage
Deposit. A fully refundable damage deposit of $200.00 is
required. This is added to your second payment. Any damage caused wile your stay
will be charged to you. Your security deposit is fully refundable
within 10 days of departure; after maids have inspected the condo, provided
the following provisions are met:
a. No damage done to
condo or its contents. San

b. No charges are incurred due to contraband, pets or collection of
rents or services rendered during the stay.

c. All debris, rubbish and discards are placed in dumpster, and soiled
dishes are placed in the dishwasher.

d. All keys are returned to the onsite office and unit is left locked.
e. All charges accrued during the stay are paid prior to departure.
f. No linens or towels are lost or damaged.

g. No early check-in or late check-out.

6. Payment.
An advance down-payment or 25% of the total rental revenue is required to confirm
your reservation. The advance payment will be applied toward the
rental payment. Please make payments with any credit card
or electronic check trough PayPal. The balance of the rent
(second payment) is due thirty (30) days before your arrival date.

7. Cancellations.
A thirty (30) day notice is required for cancellation, for full refund
and without penalty. Cancellations that are made more than thirty (30) days
prior to the arrival date will incur no penalty. Cancellations
that are made less than thirty (30) days of the arrival date, forfeit
the confirmation down-payment (25%) deposit and (75%) balance will be
refunded. San

8. Maximum
Occupancy. The maximum number of guests per condominium is
limited to the agreed upon reservation. Any additional guest added
latter on may cause additional charges.
9. On-Site
Management Fees/Cleaning Fee. Upon arrival, check-in and
registration at the Bahia Delfin Office is required. The office
is open 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. Monday through Saturday and 9:00 a.m.
to 5 p.m. on Sundays (AZ MST). Key to the condo will be provided
by the office personnel. After hours, see front gate security
personnel for check-in, key and registration. Final payment of a
$10.00 USD/night management fee and one time cleaning fee ($20 or $30
USD depending on your unit) is paid directly to the Bahia Delfin
Office personnel. San

10. No Daily Maid
Service. While linens and bath towels are provided in the
condo, daily maid service is not included in the rental rate. It
is available at an additional rate paid to the on-site Bahia Delfin
office. We suggest you bring extra beach towels.
11. Written
Exceptions. Any exceptions to the above-mentioned
policies must be approved in writing in advance.

12. Parking.
In order to maintain security, parking registration must be done in
the Bahia Delfin office upon arrival.
